History
Clerici Gino srl is a metal working company that has been operating for over 60 years in the poultry and rabbit farming field. The business was founded in the early 1950s by Gino Clerici.
The basic orientation of the company has always been that of researching and designing a farming system that guarantees excellent conditions in terms of efficiency, quality and value for money of the systems and equipment and which, as a priority, protects the health of animals and people, both employees and consumers, all with respect for the environment.
Always at the forefront in technical innovation, we have constantly improved our product range, achieving almost total automation of all the main daily operations, focusing on obtaining an excellent level of quality, functionality and durability over time. Our long-standing experience in this field and profound knowledge of the needs of poultry farmers have led to a range of products based on the principles of solidity, rationality and value for money.
1953
The company was founded
Clerici Gino was founded in 1953 by Gino Clerici with the production of the first batteries for breeding broiler chickens.
1958
National Competition of poultry equipment
Following participation in the first trade fairs, Clerici Gino received the second national prize.
1961
International Competition of poultry equipment
Gold medal award winner.
1962
First Clerici Gino catalogue
Creation of the first catalogues with the presentation of the various models of batteries for broiler chickens.
1975
Production site expansion
Following the construction of intensive systems for rearing laying hens, the production site at Lurate Caccivio was expanded.
1983
Trade shows and system automation
Presentation of the first automation systems at trade shows.
1984
Rabbit farming
As a result of the significant development in the meat-rabbit sector, we expanded our production range, also introducing rabbit farming systems.
1990
Coordinated image
New coordinated image for Clerici and extension of our product range and system automation.
1993
New Location
Clerici Gino srl moves from Lurate Caccivio to new premises in Villaguardia.
2000
New European Directive
With the introduction of the European directive on the welfare of laying hens, we adapted production by introducing the first systems for rearing laying hens on the ground with nests and later in an aviary.
