Feeding LERI

The particular design of the carriages guarantees regular and uniform distribution of the feed along the entire length of the batteries. 

A special dosing device regulates the amount of feed and recovers the feed contained in the feeding troughs. 

Each carriage can be equipped with a special fan that, by blowing air over the eggs and the belts transporting them, prevents dust from settling.

Outside the shed, one or more silos are placed connected to an auger, which allows the feed to be automatically transported to the LERI units.
